ALL RETURNS MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE MERCHANDISE TRACKING DELIVERY DATE.
We accept unworn swimwear and clothing in new condition with tags attached for refund or exchange. Swimwear must have hygiene liner attached as well. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.
We accept unused bags in new condition with tags attached for reufund or exchange, less shipping charges.
Sale items are final and not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go back on the original form of payment. Exchanges are also accepted and are contingent upon available stock.
We do not offer store credit at this time.
To initiate a return, please email us at email@example.com with RETURN in the subject line. In the email, please include your full name, order number and reason for return. If you want an exchange, please note the name and size of the item you would like.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
All returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, washing, or soiling.
When mailing merchandise back, please complete the return/exchange form that came with your order.
We do not cover return and/or exchange shipping fees. Please ship the item back to us at the address on the package, which is: Kiki & Ro, 5845 Royal Rdg, San Antonio, TX 78239. We recommend using USPS First Class with insurance.
